The Spa Shop will not accept liability for items couriered to delivery addresses incorrectly supplied by customers. If you realise that you have supplied us with incorrect delivery or billing information, kindly contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed on the site to notify us of the error, and we will do everything possible to ensure that the necessary corrections are made
